#28 - Flexibility (Part V - Spiritual Fitness)

In the last episode of our Spiritual Fitness series we are discussing the topic of flexibility. Flexibility and stretching is very important for physical fitness especially for specific workouts and sports. However, in this episode we are tackling this topic from a different perspective compared to our last four episodes, and we are addressing the question on the role of flexibility in our spiritual fitness.
